Summer time is the best time to head out to Vegas. Pool parties are rockin' and in full effect and the world's top DJ's are spinning on a daily basis.
I strongly advise you NOT to go more than 4 days. Why? You will die! Vegas has something going on 24 x 7 and you will be partying harder than anywhere else on the planet. Your lucky to get 3 to 4 hours sleep each night but it is all worth it. Go for an extended weekend and leave it at that, trust me.
Best weekends to go: New Years, March Madness, Super Bowl, Memorial Day, EDC, 4th of July, Labor Day, & Halloween. I recommend going a Thursday - Monday. Thursday and Friday, & Saturday nights are prime, Saturday & Sunday day are the infamous pool parties.
Light - LIGHT helped change the landscape of Las Vegas nightclub more than a decade ago, and was the first-ever nightclub turned on by Cirque du Soleil. Now, they are finally returning.
Why? ''Cosmo'' is the ''hot spot'' at the moment. It is located in City Center which literally is a small city within the Vegas strip (hotels, condos, restaurants, mall etc.). Cosmo hosts one of Vegas' premier nightclubs and dayclubs, Marquee. Kaskade is the featured resident DJ of Marquee Nightclub while Avicii runs the day club. Marquee Nightclub - Ever since Marquee signed Kaskade as the Saturday night resident DJ the place has erupted and has become the primo spot. This 60,000 square foot club has seven bars, 3 main areas (Boom Box, The Library & Main Room), a huge pool, and of course, gambling. Frequent DJ's in addition to Kaskade include; Benny Benassi, Eric Morillo, Dash Berlin, Gareth Emery & more. Go Friday or Saturday nights.
Hakkasan - Vegas' newest nightclub which opened April 18th, 2013. The club features 5 levels and 50,000 square feet of upscale party real estate featuring resident DJ's Calvin Harris, R3Hab, and some guy named Tiesto :). Check out Hakkasan Thursdays - Sundays.
Surrender - Experience the energetic indoor/outdoor environment, world class sound system, luxurious VIP bungalows and cabanas surrounding a lit up pool. Resident DJ's include Afrojack, Steve Aoki, Skrillex, Dada Life and many more.
XS - One of Vegas' finest by far. This place cost $100M to build for good reason - the indoor area is 13,000 square feet and extends into an outdoor pool area which is 27,000 square feet of pure luxury and it's entirety is packed with up-scale revelers.
The Cosmopolitan - ''Trendy & Convenient''
With all the partying going on in Vegas, it's nice to chill out for a couple hours at a spa. Las Vegas is notorious for having world-renowned, luxurious, all-encompassing day spas.
One of the largest in the world is Canyon Ranch located at the Venetian & The Palazzo.

Marquee Day Club - Marquee extends the nightlife into the daytime under the hot Vegas sun every Friday, Saturday, & Sunday during the summer. Big names like Kaskade, Avicii, & Sander Van Doorn are notables for the pool parties.

Encore Beach Club - Currently the trendsetter for Vegas pool parties. Encore Beach has the largest and most upscale daytime scene on the strip and hosts David Guetta, Avicii, Steve Angello, Dirty South and more.

Wet Republic - Wet Republic has consistently been a must see dayclub in Vegas. The vibe is similar to South Beach (Miami) and celebrities are always hosting parties poolside while acts like Hardwell, Deadmau5, and Calvin Harris perform.
